Sports people, Floyd Mayweather Jr. accused of Battery, Bo Pelini

Sports people, Floyd Mayweather Jr., Bo Pelini

Read on our link above about latest news on Floyd Mayweather, Jr. and outspoken Nebraska Football coach Bo Pelini.

We see Floyd, Jr. having another problem, not with Pacquiao, but with a security guard outside his home in Las Vegas on parking violations, with a misdemeanor battery report submitted to the Clark County district attorney as a consequence.

And yes, after 'felony, coercion, grand larceny charges' came out of a dispute in September 9 with his two children's mother.

Bo Pelini, on the other hand is also in hot waters with many fans feeling insulted over his expressed disappointment on his alleged lack of enthusiastic support his team got in the recent Kansas game.

Many people may find it more gratifying to excercise restraint and caution with the way they control their emotions and the way they respond to seemingly provocative situations.

As in the gospel of Matthew 15:10, after calling the crowd Jesus said, "Listen and understand. What goes into a man's mouth does not make him 'unclean,' but what comes out of his mouth, that is what makes him 'unclean.'

Again, this powerful bible verse can serve as a suitable  reflection for all people who want to change their approach in delicate situations which can too offensive for comfort.

Being assertive by expressing a truth with love, humility, concern and care can help much in fostering a better relationship with anyone.

You may want to read a related post on 'Christ's Teachings Seen on 90:10 Principle,' this may help much to finding wisdom in assertiveness as against being confrontational or making hasty remarks.

In Matthew 7:12, Jesus said to his disciples, "So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you for this sums up the Law of the Prophets." In these words, Christ tells us to treat others as we want ourselves to be treated.

Patience and discipline by moderating our words and reactions through humility as against pride can better spell harmony in any relationship.  Take care. God loves you.
