We can learn from this experience on emergencies as we see here a husband gets arrested for rushing his wife to a hospital passing some red lights that irked an officer.

Anything between life or death should be an emergency. I can't understand why the police officer could not even lend a helping hand in this situation. Keeping cool under pressure should be a skill every officer can learn and practice. The rattled husband may have been unrespectful, but what do you expect in an emergency like this?
