Watch Rare Bartending Skills on Video and Some Healthy Liquor Uses

Bartending skills have been reinvented many times over thrilling an awed audience often.

If you are 21 years of age but do not drink, and you just want to be entertained, this one is for you.

One friendly reminder though, "don't do this at home and you have to be within legal age, 21 and above, to be allowed to drink alcoholic beverages; and please, avoid drinking if you are driving" to better enjoy this beautiful God given life with friends and family.

One healthy favorite in bars is red wine known to be packed with antioxidants.  It helps dilate the blood on top of lowering down cholesterol level.

Remember, everything should be done in moderation and with discipline as the body is considered sacred, made in the image and likeness of God.

While beer may sometimes cause chest pains to some people with its wheat ingredient, red wine can become an effective remedy as it dilates the blood and prevents blood clot which is the main cause of heart attack and stroke. I've been using it daily, in moderation of course, and it has helped keep me healthy.
